30 Day Money Back Guarantee


If you are not absolutely satisfied with your MYTHLOGIC System - for any reason - you may return the system to MYTHLOGIC within thirty (30) days from date of delivery for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping, any registered software, any custom modifications (such as laser cuts, water jet cuts, custom lighting, and exterior paint, anodized or powder coat  finish), minimum of a 10% restocking fee and the costs of shipping the system back to the MYTHLOGIC Perch fully insured.

You must contact MYTHLOGIC to obtain a RMA Number. Call the Technical Support Department at  800.735.2515 or e-mail the Technical Support Department at: support@mythlogic.com. You must reference your RMA on all packages and return the system in original packaging complete with all documentation, accessories, and peripherals (if applicable).The processing time of any refund requires up to 8 weeks.
