Why does it take so long to take delivery?
Every aspect of building a MYTHLOGIC Custom Performance Computer focuses on quality and detail. Each component used is pre-tested and carefully placed into your MYTHLOGIC computer by professional technicians (no assembly lines). After this labor of love, your computer is subjected to it's "Rite of Passage"; three days of testing, retesting and benchmarking in order to guarantee that your MYTHLOGIC computer will outperform your expectations. By not pre-building computers, we are able to offer the latest components and a truly custom experience.
How do I check the status of my MYTHLOGIC order?
We will be in contact with you regularly via e-mail. Throughout the assembly process we will update the status in the Online Support Center, under Your Order History. In addition to login into your account, you can also send us an e-mail to email@example.com. Please be sure to include your full name and order number when contacting us by email.
What kind of Warranty does MYTHLOGIC offer?
We offer what we like to refer to as MYTHLOGIC Assurance. Our warranty goes above and beyond any other computer manufacturer in the world. MYTHLOGIC Assurance includes a standard 1 year limited Parts and Labor Sentinel Warranty, and the Lifetime Phoenix Upgrade Plan (allows you to upgrade your system at any time, certain components are excluded).
Does MYTHLOGIC sell internationally?

What forms of payment does MYTHLOGIC accept?
MYTHLOGIC accepts VISA, Master Card, Discover, Money Order, Certified Check, Personal Check, Paypal, and Wire transfer. For your privacy and protection, the provided shipping address must match the billing address for the credit card you are using. This address will be confirmed during the authorization process. If you wish to have an order shipped to an address other than your billing address, you must contact your credit card company and request the addition of an alternate shipping address. MYTHLOGIC will not process your order without authorization from the credit card company. To help ensure protection against fraud, MYTHLOGIC will require the numerical CID/CCV from the back side of your card. If you will be paying by money order or certified check, please contact MYTHLOGIC directly at 800.735.2515 to place your order. A MYTHLOGIC representative will assist you in your system configuration, and make arrangements to receive your money order or cashier's check payment. Please include your order number on all submitted payments.
Does MYTHLOGIC offer a Guarantee of any kind?
Yes. A 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your MYTHLOGIC System - for any reason - you may return the system to MYTHLOGIC within thirty days (30) from your date of delivery, for a full refund minus the cost of shipping, any software you have registered and a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for the costs of shipping the system back to MYTHLOGIC fully insured. You must contact MYTHLOGIC to obtain a RMA Number. You must reference your RMA on all packages and return the system in original packaging complete with all documentation, accessories and peripherals (if applicable).The processing time of any refund may require up to 8 weeks.
